I purchase from the Pemex one block East of the New Walmart in South Nogales. This is where the long-haul buses refuel so the diesel is fresh. There is also a Ley Market one block East of Pemex along with the Walmart for shopping. Great shrimp, beef and bean. Bring an ice chest to fill with Mexican foods from the markets.

This is ironic, isn't it? It used to be the other way around. Now Mexicans can buy the dollar on the cheap, spend money like crazy shopping in border stores, enjoy South Padre Island.

This next weekend is a three-day exhibition at the convention center here in Monterrey. Title, "Texas For Sale". Go Figure.
