Just brought the MH from service for another issue that cost me an arm and a leg, and while I was trying to level the coach in the driveway at home it extended all four levelers down but then all of a sudden lost all movement on the levelers and there was no sound of the hydraulic system running. I went and checked the hydraulic fluid level, and it is at the mark it is supposed to be. I checked each individual fuse under the dash, and they all seem to be alright.

What could be the problem? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Sounds like no power to the jacks. Check your manual, you may have missed a fuse.

It sounds like the fuse. Without a schematic of the coach it is difficult to tell where this one might be. It will be a large one but I do not know what size either. You might try measuring the voltage at the pump and see if you have voltage there when you try to move the jacks. At least this will give you a starting point for tracing the problem back.

Which model of control? There is a fuse in the control on many HWH models.
Does the indicators come on?
Could be parking brake not set.
Is it in Park?
Fuse is indicated on face plate that shows status of levelers.

Check all possible locations for fuses including in-line. Also check the pump motor ground. Quickest way to do this is to connect a jumper cable from a good frame ground to the motor housing. Many MH manufacturers rely on grounding through the pump mount rather than a separate cable. This issue has been found to be common on some makes.

Call HWH. There service is outstanding. They will happiliy work with you over the phone. HWH is perhaps the most customer oriented company in the RV market. Their number is 563 724 3396.

You really should check to make sure the HWH unit is getting power before you call.

The fuse is not under the dash. It is in the main control box usually located near the battery compartment or in one of the front storage compantments not to be confused with the house box with the circuit breakers.

I called HWH with a question earlier this week and they said this was thier busiest time of the year and they would have to call me back. I told them I'd call later as I couldn't be near a phone to wait for their call. The next day, I emailed them on their website but not replies as of yet- three days ago. They must really be busy!

Had the same thing happen to my coach last year. Had a hard time locating fuses. On my coach they were located near the pump assembly. They are shrouded/disguised in rubber boots. Once you locate these test them to confirm they are good.
To check the controller output and or pump have someone try to operate the jacks while you take a voltage reading at the power terminals on the back of the pump motor. If you have 12 volts +/- your motor may have died. Which is what happened to mine. If no 12 volts, and your fuses are good, it may be the controller. Locate the control box and check the connections by unplugging and re-plugging it. When you have it exposed you should be able to hear the relays clicking when you press a button on the control panel. If no clicking, check the wiring on the back of the control panel. If you can't determine the problem at this point at least you would have plenty of info to discuss with the HWH tech.
