FORGET the Oasis !!!!!! We tried to make reservations for a month this summer (June and July ) They said NO. For the discounted monthly rate.We could stay for the daily rate though. When asked why they said they are emptying out the storage area. GUESS who is going out of business ?????? We attempted to find another park and while getting rates the clerk at different park said she was told by an employee of Oasis that they were selling out. The ONLY other option for a fiver is Sam's Town for a lengthly stay and a decent place. We contacted other parks but they are not pet or person friendly and have a lot of resident junk. I'm talking about the south or east side of Vegas.

We have stayed and enjoyed the time at the Oasis and have heard all the rumers about them closing, well they are open and have just converted a lot of the park (big expence) to desert landscape to save water. Doesn't sound like what a company would do if they were closing down. I understand if a Casino were to come up with the right amount of money, it would be gone in a heart beat, afterall the property they sit on looks to be prime. I asked and they were moving trailers out of the storage area to have the lots paved for dust control.
