I would go with Minuteman or Rusnik (Salisbury). We have stayed at Rusnik in a popup and had a good time.

We stay at Salisbury state beach as often as we can. They do have some trees albeit small so they don't offer much shade. I have a few posts on my blog about the Seacoast area of NH and Mass and a video I still need to upload to YouTube taken at our campsite last summer. I'll try and get it done tonight and then come back and leave a link.
