While I was at it, I would find a real nice White Eddie Bauer 7.3L Diesel 4x4 Excursion with a tan leather interior, I would have it totally restored and have a Custom wood grain exterior installed like the old Ford Country Squire.
Now that would be Neat!

I would have a trailer custom built around a Hi-Lo 27ft towlite chassis/lift mechanism, but the body and floor would be made of light weight composite SIPs. It would also have a custom made, ultra-light interior, built with the lightest yet fully functional furnishings, cabinets and appliances possible. The top would be a perfect airfoil with rounded corners and edges like the Airstream, formed from carbon fiber over Styrofoam. The roof and sides would be glass smooth with no protrusions. The roof would have recessed Nano-Solar style thin film solar panels. A 48v battery bank would be contained in the tow vehicle, further reducing the trailer's weight. The front of the airfoil would overhang the tongue enough to act as a small shed, revealing an 80mpg ninja 250 motorcycle (or a large, 250cc scooter) when raised. It would have a glass smooth, insulated bottom, and recessed, flush mount running lights, giving it a lowest drag coefficient than anything on the market.
When finished, it would weigh in around 4,000 lbs wet (Trailmanor territory), light enough to be pulled by a custom tow modified v6 Toyota Rav-4 to yield around 20mpg towing in the ultimate mpg, full-time mobile retirement rig designed to travel 30k+ miles/yr for the lowest possible cost.
Well if it's up to a 29' TT that lets us out because we would never go back to one, but the one we have now, I'd get again, no problems with it and superior quality to boot....can't ask for anything more than that.

Oh, man, that is soooo cool! Click Link I was already to reach in my pocket, whip out my wallet and make the buy and then I noticed this:
"Typical prices for completed 2008 model year EarthRoamer XV-LTs range from just over $200,000 to approximately $230,000 depending on options chosen and custom work."
Maybe when gas prices go down.
