I appologize for refuting some of what has been said so far, but there are some correct things and some not-so-correct things.
I would dillute two cups of bleach into five gallons water and dump the solution into your water tanks. Fill the tanks to the top, run all of your faucets, showers and toilets then let sit for four-five hours.
Dump all water and fill with fresh water. Flush out all of your faucets, showers and toilets, drain the entire system and repeat.
This dillution gives you a 1ppm solution of bleach when the tank is completely full, and I know this is MORE than enough to kill the bacteria that could be in the system, but weak enough to not leave behind and bleach odor.
If you do this twice a year, you will be in good shape with little to worry about.

Why is that any different than dumping two cups directly into the tank then filling with water? Either way you are still diluting two cups of bleach into 100 gal of H20

It is all about dispersion... it is easier to ensure 5 gallons (of bleach solution) equally distributes throughout the system as opposed to two cups of straight bleach...
Of course, you can simply dump two cups of bleach into the system and fill if you wish.

Thanks everyone for your advice.

Drive or tow the coach to mix the bleach. Run the hot water to get the bleach through the water heater. Then drain the freshwater tank. Refill, along with 1/4 of baking soda per 15 gallons.
