I've seen several posts recommending having this done and I've been looking online to find out normal charges for this procedure and what I've found is a range all the way from a 99.00 special up to 350.00.
Has anybody seen it/had it done?
How long did it take?
Approximate charge for the service?
There are no dealers near by, who offer this service and I'm thinking about buying or making a system to do this test myself. Maybe I can sell the service to local dealers.

I had mine done free under warranty but was told it would run $100.00 if I was out of warranty. The whole procedure did not take that long ( maybe an hour ) but they had the rig for half a day. Found the leak and took care of it.

You can do the basic test yourself, by renting a carpet dryer blower, rigging a homemade plenum to your roof vent, pressurizing your rig, and swab or spray on a glycerin solution starting at the roof and working your way down. One guy supposedly used a leaf blower, but you need a large quantity of low pressure air, and the leaf blower wouldn't furnish enough volume. Tape up glass window seams, door seams and air vents first.
Here's a pic of a professional leak testing. Here

I don't have any leaks yet, but looks like I could make me a leak tester like trnfla shows, if/when I get one.

Ok.... are you talking water pipes or overall weather tightness of the coach.

We're talking weather tightness.
Think I've got it figured out. Went browsing at the big box store and found some HVAC ductwork pieces that I can mount to a carpet blower/dryer, a square piece to fit a roof vent (intake), and 6 inch diameter plastic duct, all for around 100.00.
