We have one. In fact we are on our second one. We have the 38RDQS and it is great. We have yet to find any thing new that we prefer more.

Have a 2002 313 Eagle now and just ordered a 2009 Designer 35RLTS. The Eagle has been a good performer and hope to have the same success with the designer.

I've heard that Jayco is going to come back out with their Designer Legacy series .... they are supposed to build it in the factory they bought when Travel Supreme went out of business .... if they do, it will be interesting to see what they come up with

What would be the difference in the Designer Legacy and the Designer. I just figured they phased out that part of the name.

My neighbor has one. It's about a $10k option

In 2005 when I bought my Designer, the Legacy model had wooden blinds, 2nd tv in bedroom, 2nd ac, better fiberglass exterior, round table instead of rectangular, & a few other things. About $6,000 more.

I had the crack below the corner of the bedroom slide. When you say you had it repaired, do you mean the fiberglass or the problem causing the crack? The crack comes because the frame around the slide opening is weak. The only repair involves removing the fiberglass & welding new gussets on the aluminum frame. The procedure is very specific & takes about 40 man hours. The slide must be removed while this work is done. Jayco should cover the frame repair under warranty. What model do you have? I had my Dealer, Whitehorse RV in Williamstown, NJ take care of the repair. They are excellent. This should cost you nothing & it must be done correctly or the crack will come back. If you have any other questions, PM me.
