1. How many tubes of the self leveling dicor caulk should I get for my roof?
2. Does Home Depot of Lowes carry the stuff or is this something only a boat or rv store carries?
3. How much time should I plan on this project taking (replacing all roof caulk)(this is my first time)?

1. We got away with one. But I would think it would depend on how many cracks you have.
2. I don't know about home depot or lowes. We got it at camping world.
3. My DH spent about 2 hrs on it. But again I would think it all depends on how many cracks and other factors. We did not have too many cracks. But my DH is a perfectionist.
I am sure you will get lots of great input.
Good luck!

I did our Roo 23SS during Season 1 and the only areas of concern were around the antennas, the rest of the roof looked fine then and now. I slathered it on around the antennas. I bought a tube this year and maybe used 1/8 of it where the caulking appeared cracked or pulling away.
I put a thin layer on all the clearance lights too.
I Eternabonded the top of the front cap as a preventive. If it ever stops raining I'll probably do the rear (I've got plenty of tape).

The Dicor Lap sealant used on most rubber roofs is not available at a hardware store that I am aware of. I usually order mine online.
Unless the existing caulk is loose or rotted, I would just put the new sealant on top of the old. It took 3 tubes and and afternoon for me to do the roof of my 21’ Roo.

Chuck did you pull your clearance lights off first to check for leaking or did you just seal around them? I was thinking about it after I read Leaf-Peeper's thread/posts about his leaking.
Second question - I'm sure you've posted it many times - which size roll of the eternabond did you get? I thought it was the 4"x50' but would like to make sure before ordering.
