Anyone have any Creative ways of mounting a Flat screen in the existing hole. I was hoping to go larger and would like the mount to swing out. hey picture would be great!

Here is a thread that I posted in last month. Overhead TV. I have cleaned up the holes by putting some oak paneling over the holes since pictures were posted.
The more I use digital TV programs, the more I like it.

I used a standard mount, but it is 'facing' toward the wall and mounted on the front of the cabinet. The bolt heads on the right of the picture are the mounting bolts. The TV mount allows the tv to fold right back into the hole. I made the DVD mount from those plates used to hold trusses together and painted them.

I have a swivel mount on the right side of the opening. I put the screen under the bed when we travel. I can pull it off and set up in other places, even outside if I have long cable.

If I had it to do over again, I'd look toward one that is a quick adjust model. Mine is adjustable with an allen wrench and it is a pain to remove the TV. It was only $35, so I can't complain too much.

Google Premier Mounts if you really want something fancy. They may even customize something for you if you want them to.

I did almost exactly what cruz3 did right down to the same lcd, except mounted the lcd a little higher in the opening for DVD access and I use the other space for chargers ( cell phone, ipod, two way radios, etc).
