We took our canvas off last winter, sent if off to Bear Creek and now have the new canvas sitting in our living room. Guess what we are doing next weekend? I do have a question for our experts who have done this before. We have a '96 Flagstaff. When we took the canvas off, we must have taken out 75 to 100 screws. From the placement I think some of them may have been added by previous owners. When you replaced your canvas, did you have so many screws? Most were in the top, about 20 were around the bottom of the main box. There were three in the slides on each bunkend. I'm just wondering if this is normal? Thanks
when i looked at one that i was going to help with (94 Jayco 806)all i seen was one in each corner on top and the same on he bottom..but with camping season almost upon us we decided to just do temporary repair till fall

When I did my '84 Coleman, I had, at the most, 20 screws/clips.
They just kept the canvas from coming out of the upper track which actually held the canvas.
Coleman may be different than yours.
