DH and I are in the market for a fiver. We are retiring our TT. Anyway, today we were looking at the Brookside 29FWBHS and the Cruiser CF 32 BL. In the Cruiser, there was hardly any carpet. It only was around 6 inches past the sofa and none around the lounge chairs in the rear. On line, I have seen a lot of pictures of this particular fiver and the carpet extends further as I have witnessed in the floorplan. What is up? Could the dealer have shorted the carpet in this fiver? TIA
DH really likes the Cruiser CF 32 BL since we would still have a rear lounge and the 3rd boy could sleep on the sofa. I was taken back at the lack of carpet. It seems there is a lot more carpet online on this particular fiver everywhere except at this particular dealership. Could the dealer have ordered it with minimum to little carpet? It concerns me as to what else he may have scrimped on. I am not sure how it all works. TIA
I can't answer your question about the carpet, but I can attest to the quality of the Cruiser. We have a 2007 CF31QB and absouletly love it. I know that I am biased because I own one, but I have only experienced minor problems that my dealer has promptly taken care of. Good luck with your search, and happy camping!!

You might get a quicker response if you ask your question on the crossroads forum on thier website. More likely to find folks with that same model. I'm not familiar with that model, but our carpet covers everything except the area infront of the kitchen/entry area.

We ordered a Jayco Eagle from the factory options and one of them was having no carpet in the living area. The cost was an extra ($29 ) that I opted for. It does look a little bare in the beginning until you get use to it, but after that wears off you really appreciate that lack of maintenance in keeping the coach clean. We love the look of the vinyl tiled floor and all our RV friends thought it made sense and were wondering way more manufactures don't offer this as a option.
Good luck on your search. Donald R
