There is always a down side with any RV chosen, seems you have to compromise on one thing to get soemthing else, We will certainly miss have 2 sinks in our motorhome.

I sold my last 911 because I simply didn't have the driveway or garage space, but the truck is easy to drive. I'm contemplating a new F-450 to tow my fifth wheel now, but I drive downtown every day without an issue. Parallel parking is inconvenient and some decks simply don't afford the space, but 97% of the time there is never an issue. N'awlins certainly would be ok for truck driving. The new 450 has a much better turning radius due to the front wheels being placed even with the outer rear wheels; adding that would make it much easier to maneuver than most SUVs.
we certainly parked in different parking lots in New Orleans then. I had a bunch of hassle just parking my Dakota midsize pickup and it would have been impossible with a full size dually. Now yes, I am sure if one wanted to park off the main stream you could find a place to put a big one but not easily.

We have a Carri lite with the side bath. Love it! Tow it with a 5500 Dodge dually. Has air suspension so this Dodge is easier riding then our previous 2500.
Have made some mods to this Carri lite to fit our needs. Ordered a custom mattress that is smaller than a king but larger than a queen. Love this mattress. Most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.
company in Denver does these mattresses. Also we took the table out and put in a desk to match the wood work. Bought an unfinished desk and stained to match. Bought two very nice bar stools for the kitchen island for eating.
Sorry this is so long but we really love our Carriage!
