Bumpy, it's hard to beat free parts forever. I've had 2 Vent Fan-tastic's and never had to put out another dime to keep them running.

Personally I like to reward the good companies with continued business/loyalty. In this day an age it's hard to find the good ones.

we have one in rear,one in bedroom both controlled manual or auto w/ therostat;
one in the head,I used once and it pulled me up off the throne. highly recommend newer ones have the fan mounted outside which is much quitter.

I don't know how MaxxAire is on supplying free parts when they break. None of mine have ever broken.
But I would "assume" that they have a similar policy.
