Good to hear from you Donna. Are you all settled in your new location. I take it you are still living in the Barth but now in a park.

For some reason or another, I haven't been able to post on the forum the past several days. Had a witty (for me at least!!) reply to the propane explanations, but dang if I can remember what it was now!!

See if this posts now!

Got a letter about this refrigerator of mine, I'm on the list for a recall. Called camping world today and got a rev for August the 5th to have it repared. They said it only takes about 1/2 hour to do the job. If that is so, should be back on the road by 10 AM and heading for Port Townsend.
While I was talking to the lady at the factory I told her that I had a refigerator go bad and replaced in 05. She said she would send me the paper work to fill out and that maybe I would get some money back from the old one. Not for sure, but we will see.
Getting closer to Port Townsend time.

Ron, they must be having some kind of trouble with this site. A number of times I tried to bring it up to read and it would not come up just got a message that said "under repair" or something like that. Went to the Trailerlife site and got right in. I have found that it will no longer let me subscribe to a topic and get notified when someone posts. I get frustrated with it at times but it is free.

Hobo, we are two weeks from the mini, looking forward to having morning coffee with you and the rest. Looks like Tom is coming up from Oregon so the two of you can work on the wheel chair races.

Hobo, What brand of fridge do you have? I know there are recalls on both Norcold and Dometic. I just had to take mine in to Great American RV in Fife earlier this week to have a mod put on my Norcold. Never had a problem with it but they installed a thermal cutoff swith to the flue area. It was of course done at no charge. I also got a second notice from Norcold. This time they said they are going to send me $50 for the inconvenience they caused. Gale picked me up off the floor. Now that is a company who cares about customers. Very few of them nowadays.

Otto,
I have a Dometic. I got this one in 9/2/05. I have looked it all over and don't see anything wrong with it, but after what happened to my first one in this trailer I'm not going to take a chance with this one.

I don't know what is going on with this forum. Mine is to long for the computer page. Can't get this spell check to work. There is a few more things going on, but they only come and go. What we need or what Good Sam needs is someone like Kevin to get this forum fixed right.

Hobo,

The page is extra wide cuz of ryegal's baby photo (I thought they had restricted that somehow, guess not). It will go "back to normal" when a new page starts up.

I've experienced the same sort of problems with rv.net being down but able to get in through trailerlife.com. Not sure why that would make a difference since it's the same forum, just different headers.

I'm ready to go camping now that we have our trailer back, but won't be able to until Labor Day weekend. I have weddings to photograph every weekend between now and then, which is a good thing sort of, but it cuts into the camping thing. Got to work my schedule better.

That's the problem I wuz talking about.. If you're on trailer life,it's the new Beta and when you go to rv.net,it's back to the regular one..The Beta was the one the yelling was about and it's too big for the page. I know that Donna's grandbaby was a biog kid,but that wasn't the only problem..Yesterday,I couldn't get on to any of the rv forums 'cuz it went traight to some google thingy...

Hmm, I'll have to go over to the trailer life site and see what this beta thing
is about. Haven't really noticed it before.
I think with a couple more posts to the thread will start a new page and we'll
be back to the old skinny version. Wish losing weight was that easy. I'd
like to be skinny again, but it would take too long and take too much
exercise.
