I can't remember what cut I gave you. If it has bones in it, you'll want to roast it instead of grilling it. If it is boneless, unroll it and grill away just like a steak.

If interested, I posted some pictures of touring around the Twin Cities area last Friday. We're in Independence MO today. Nikki's going to visit with her girlfriend this afternoon/evening. Sitting in Campus RV Park in downtown Independence, walking distance to the Truman Memorial or whatever other stuff they have over there.
Last evening we walked around a bit, saw the downtown city buildings, and within about three blocks of the park, we saw at least five churches of various flavors, many of them old churches in the downtown, including First Presbyterian with beautiful stained glass.
Tomorrow we continue on, looks like South Haven KS tomorrow, then McLean TX, Tucumcuri NM, Albuquerque NM, Holbrook AZ then Scottsdale AZ, where our best job prospect is at the moment (General Dynamics).
I don't believe my luck.. Here we're going to Tahoe for a 90th B'day celebration this weekend and the weather is s'posed to be about the same as here...Golly Gee willikers...It's been over 50 years since I've been there and was looking forward to a bit warmer that 67 degrees and thunder storms..
Gotta go the the eyeMD when I get back as I seem to have picked up some floaters in one eye and some other stuff in the other.. I thot it was something to do with camping at 10K' in Colorado, but they haven't gone away yet..
Talk to you all when we get back..

We're sitting in Albuquerque since yesterday afternoon. We visited the Petroglyph National Monument this morning and took the Tram to the top of Sandia Ridge and had dinner this afternoon. The top is 10,300+ feet! Really enjoyed that.
Also got word that I have a gig in Scottsdale!. I'll be working for General Dynamics originally for six months, with likely extension.
Don't start the new gig for two weeks so we decided to go up to Santa Fe day after tomorrow (after deciding to stay here one more day so we can go do some hiking on some old volcano cones) for at least one day. That wasn't in our original plan.
Just got back from 5 days at Pacific Beach and it was great weather the entire time with one very small sprinkle that lasted about 5 minutes. Played some great golf, walked on the beach and just kicked back and relaxed. Now I am being tormented by little grankids that think I am a punching bag. Time to go look at John and Nikkis pictures. Sue has been accepted at Mayo Clinic to see if they can find the root cause of her problems and we are very pleased with that.
I hope you're going with Sue. It will make the doctor's job a lot easier to diagnos the problem if they can see first hand what she's had to deal with for so many years.
Seriously though, I hope they do find the cause, but sometimes even with that there may not be a way to fix it. My grandmother went there many years ago and that's what happened with her. She had some nerve damage from a previous surgery that they thought they could fix, but it was only a possibility and not a sure thing, so she decided to live with what she had. And she did a pretty good job of doing that for 30+ years.
