When are you old timers heading down to Yuma? My bro-n-law just arrived there and said the temp was still around 102. I could sure use some of that heat as my bones are are just now starting to hurt as the weather gets cooler.

This "young couple" will leave for Yuma between Dec. 26th and January 1st. We never leave until we have done Christmas with all our kids. Mommy has her rules and that is number 1, we always spend Christmas with the kids and grandkids. A lot of our friends leave mid October when it has cooled down in the Yuma area.

Gee, for a minute there Hobo I thought you were talking about getting a new rig, but then I realized you were still talking football.

We will be in Yuma Dec. 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. We are spending Thanksgiving with our kids in Oroville Ca. and then heading down.

Went to get Jeanne's car,Cougar, gassed up today at our Safeway and the price of diesel was $4.28,down in 2 jumps from $4.65.Just for the heck of it,I checked the price in P.A. and it was $3.79 at the Safeway there..It's also $3.74 in Poulsbo..Man,these prices are crazy..
On the subject of the Cougars and the puppies,as soon as both teams get some experience, get some people off the injured list and out of jail,we both may do better.Well, there is the subject of coaches also, ours is new and is stuck with the previous coaches recruits and your's is stuck with his own recruits.I'm anxious to see how Wullf does in the next several years as well as how the new puppie coach does whenever he gets here.

Unless the Dogs run the schedule the rest of the way or get at least seven wins it is curtains for Willingham. Good man but does not seem to have what the Dogs need. I see them bringing is some high profile guy not matter what it costs.
Tom are you staying up in the valley again this year? I think that is what you said.

Yep, not enough passion. Sometimes good men need passion that shows.

We are staying at Fortuna De Oro. It is off frontage road. While we are there we will look for something different and cheaper next year.

Tom, is that the one in Yuma? I know there are about 10 in Az with that name. If so we are close to each other. I am 3 blocks due west of the Foothills grocery on 38th.
