Well, it's got to 99 today in the Dallas area and my unit is in outside storage. About a third of the RV's there have tire covers, the others, nothing..
I go there every three days and spray 303 on the tires. Is that good enough?

Thanks,

Jim

I bought a cheap set of covers at Harbor Freight

They cost about $10.00, so why not cover them....heck, you're spending more than that driving back and forth to spray your tires!! The tire treatment is good, but doing both will be better.

southern sun and temps, I'd go for using some covers if your unit is parked where the tires sit in the sun.

I use them all the time, even in the driveway.

Same here ... if my MH is parked for more than a day in the driveway I put on the tire covers. Summer or winter, it keeps them protected.

If our MHs will be parked more than a couple of days on our driveway or the CG, I cover the tires. Just added protection on $300-$500 each tire.

Relax, drive safely, and enjoy God's creations

Those tire covers at Harbor Freight, the ad says for tires 24" in diameter, my tires are bigger than that..Do they fit yours?
Anyway, I'm going to get a set tomorrow..

Thanks,

Jim

Covers are good. Mine can be seen from the side from the road so I can not take the "looks factor". The PO kept them covered and at 5 years old they still look brand new even with the little white bar code at 20K miles. The sun may help them start showing their is my current thought.
