Also have a look at the Surveyor travel trailers:

click for Surveyor

They are related to the Rockwood/Flagstaff lines, but are a bit of a step up in build quality with their stronger wall construction. They also have more aerodynamic front ends and enclosed underbellies (the Rockwood/Flagstaff units have neither).

Second the vote for Surveyors. Thicker walls and more aluminum in em as well.

Great half ton pull.

We compared Surveyor with Rockwood/Flagstaff, using the official FR websites and consumer websites. We decided on the Rockwood 8272s over the Surveyor SV 264 because of the floorplan, and all the data we could find showed there wasn't much difference in quality of construction. We didn't want the Surveyor's rubber roof (see the streaking thread), but the walls looked a little better. Rockwood's floor seems better constructed, however. Same manufacturer, different tradeoffs. It came down to floorplan, dealer (service dept), and price.

Oh yes, ALL the 8' wide Rockwood Signature Ultra Lights (like mine) have enclosed underbellies with heated tanks; my 8272s pulls easily with our 04 Nissan Armada. I do like the more aerodynamic front end of the Surveyor when it comes to towing, but the weights are comparable. I think it makes sense to compare the 8' wide Surveyors with the 8' wide Rockwoods/Flagstaffs to get a more accurate comparison of features.
