Dick --

Those posts were indeed on topic. They were not offensive and apropos to the topic at hand. They took many hours to compose. A private message would not seem like too much of a courtesy. I am very disappointed in your judgment and will not be participating further.

Hey dick, don't look now, but there is a big picture of John McCain just above this posting box as I type..
It says, "You need help".
How does it know ME? .....Run away. Run away.

I too am sorry to see this thread reduced to platitudes.
The most important topic of our time.
Perhaps we should all exchange recipes in ATC.

So oil spiked today because a couple of guys opened their mouth and said blah, blah, blah with the result most likely being even higher diesel and gas prices.

Can only imagine the end result if those great minds of Manhattan, Moon and SR71 got together to get us away from reliance on oil.

Just remember, the goverment is also hiding a UFO in Area 51 since the 1950's. I would suppose it doesn't even use oil and is capable of outer space travel. Man - they sure are sticking it to us. Oh wait - that couldn't possibly be true, that would mean both the Democrats and Republicans are crooked thieves.

Though I haven't seen the posts in question, I'm sorry to see eltejano1 leave. He saved me a lot of typing.

Alas, he was an excellent writer. Looked professional with comas and everything.
I guess our only source of reliable (inflammation) will be the TV. Otherwise known as the Si-Fi Cannel.

I think we should put this thread on pause until next year and see what happens.

Well, I have done it. I have officially parked that gas (diesel) hog and will not drive it until fuel drops to 2.00 a gallon. That's right no more camping for me until the fuel prices go down. There is no way I am going to spend that type of money just to relax...no sir, not me. I think I will trade that 5th wheel in for a sleeping bag and just camp in the back yard. That will show them speculators and oil companies a thing or two!!!

Happy Camping
