Did you all get hit by the rain storm in the late afternoon? Was at Ilaws and water was 4-5" deep in the middle of the road!
Got over there late, left too late to stop by, but did think........OUCH.......about it when driving by the turnoffs.
note to self, do not think.....OUCH......dang it, hurts my brain too much!

Did rain some, but nothing like that! We had canopys and awnings so life was good. Never rained for more then 15 or 20 minutes at a time.

That's a real good looking bunch of people we got there.
We need to get together more often than twice a year.

We had a great time at the mini and enjoyed visiting with everyone there and missed those of you that could not attend. As you can see we did not suffer from lack of food. I want to thank Gary and Gayle "Otto" for volunteering for a part in the entertainment on Saturday night at the rally in May. Its hard to find people as enthusiastic as they were to jump up and get their hands in the air for volunteering.
Gary's clam chowder was agian the best and I managed to be 2nd in line this time and I got 2 bowls. Tom and Laura brought fresh caught crab and that was treat. As usual we all probably ate too much but hey that help makes the rally. The late night run into town for ice cream cones was the perfect finish.
For those of us that live this close together getting together again is not a bad idea at all.

We were thinking the same thing. Maybe Mini Me Rally in early summer or after the kids get back to school!!! Bigdog would probably prefer the former to the latter because of school...but maybe he will be retired by then!

Looks like we missed a fun time! Definitely cooler weather than Oregon provided in May--I bet a lot more comfortable. We were thinking about you all!
