In our quest for finding our first 5er a few weeks back I contacted a Dealer that sold Hartland Landmarks. This dealer called me last evening and said he could sell me a Landmark Pinehurst for $52,000. Does anyone here have any knowledge or experience with the Hartland landmark?

Sounds like a lot of money to me in this age of out of control fuel prices. Used the same model probably fetch 30K.

If you spell it correctly "Heartland" do a search and research the model you are looking at you can find the info you need. Take approximately 30% of MSRP and that will tell you about what you should pay.

Looks like a very nice unit!! And sounds like a good price he gave you. If it were me, I would counter offer to buy at that price if they throw in a second A/C unit in the bedroom. All they can do is say no.

Sounds like a heck of a deal...........I'd do like Mark advised. Looks like MSRP of almost 79,000. That's over 30% off.

You will find if you do a little research that the Heartland Landmark is well built and a very nice unit. Come on over to the Heartland Owners forum and check with other owners. You can also visit the Heartland RVs site to check out specs on the units.

You won't find a used Landmark Pinehurst...it's their newest floorplan in their high-end unit! It is absolutely beautiful, and $52,000 is a fantastic price!!

raquet9:
Check more than one dealer for MSRP`s.
Two of the Freedom Road dealers i checked with were 2k+ over
three other non affiliated dealers MSRP`s on the same coach.
yes, 30% off MSRP is good, but determine the true MSRP.

I have a 2009 Heartland Bighorn and we love it. $52K for a Landmark any model is a great deal. I agree B4 you buy check out the Heartland owners forum. You never find a better company to work with than Heartland.
