no doubt, the Honda2000 is an awesome genny. As long as you dont want to run an a/c, and you can afford one, it would be a great choice.

I should get a commission from honda. The 2000 is great and will run everything in our small 5th wheel as well as charge the battery. But $900 is a lot of money. Not sorry I got it at all.

EX650 noise spec. is 54 db. eu2000i is 53 to 59. The only quieter one is the EX350.

I have the 2000i and when I ordered my 13RT I made sure the air conditioner that was put on was the 7100w unit so the Honda could run it. It is not as cold as the 13000w unit, but it cools it off just fine. I am VERY happy with how everything works! I use it for hunting in WI. in November and stay toasty warm all night. The genny runs several hrs, and with 2 batteries I have no problem, plus it is plenty quiet so I have no problem sleeping. I don't think the genny could handle an air conditioner bigger than the 7100, but, as I have no experience first hand, I can't say for sure.

Great little genny. We use our's to keep the battery up, run the coffee maker, toaster, micro-wave and tv as well as the compressor and vacuum on occasion.

We'll typically run it in the morning for a couple hours over breakfast and in the evening to recharge and catch up on the news.

I love mine. I use it for emergency power at home and when I need power far away from an electrical hookup. It also fits in th eaft bin of my RV which is nice (limited storage capability in my rig).

I've owned four of them. Had two stolen from the garage and bought two more. In 5 years I've not had a single problem. I run them in parallel for 3,200 watts continuous and 4Kw peak.
