I carry two sets of the Lynx blocks, use them often and often use all 20! We have used them for years and never broke a single one. They are $29 a set of 10 with a nice bag at Walmart, last I checked.

I have used both the plastic blocks and plastic ramps. My opinion? Once you go with the ramps you'll never go back.

We foolishly left the Lynx Levellers at the campsite when we left for the beach at an Ontario Provincial Park. An overzealous park employee (summer student) decided we had vacated our site even though the permit on the post indicated otherwise. She threw them into the dumpster! Now we have only 4 left from the bag of 10. (We were reimbursed by the park, but have used wood blocks since that episode.) The ramps described above look like a great replacement!

Yes, these ramps do look great. Unfortunately, a google search for a dealer/supplier in either the US or Canada came up with nothing.
Where can we get these ramps in North America?

I'll put in another vote for ramps like Rodger's. Mine are a different brand that I got at Camping World a few years back. I found that all I ever needed was to adjust one wheel on the rare times that I had to do anything at all to level it. This type is very easy for someone who is traveling alone.

I like the Lynx blocks... not as easy to use as the ramps, no doubt, but when you break the pack up, they can be stowed individually in little nooks and crannies. They're less glaring obvious when curb camping, too.... 'specially if you paint a few black (yeah, I did ).

I always wondered why they choose to make them in glaring orange and yellow. And I too was tempted to spray paint them. Maybe with that new Fusion paint for plastic in a nice Martha Stewart Sea foam green.
I suppose though they are brightly colored so people don't forget to pick them up when they leave.

I use and like the "Fiamma Level Up Plus" ramps. Only problem I've had was last night on soft ground they sank in a couple inches (they're an open "mesh" underneath. So tonight I put down a couple 2x10 blocks underneath first (the 2x10s have stops on them to prevent the ramps sliding off) - that worked.
