Do you think anyone would be suspicious of buying an RV with eternabond on the roof? I put eternabond on some of the seals on my roof that I thought may be likely to have leaks as a preventative.
If he's savvy enough to even look at the roof, he should be savvy enough to look inside for evidence of leakage, which presumably he won't find. Then he should be ready to believe your story that you put the Eternabond up there as a preventive, and reckon that the rest of your maintenance has been as conscientious.
Hence, I wouldn't worry about it, neither would I draw attention to it.

Just tell 'em the RV gets 18 miles per gallon. They won't care if theres a gallon of tar up there.
