Under Jayco's "build your own" section, this 355 fbhs shows roughly $45,000 MSRP. Figuring in this very low sells period a 20% discount off of list would bring it very close to your budget. Info, it appears that the bottom bunk has a pull out trundle 3rd bunk also for pals to sleep in! We've had 7 Jayco's in the past 30 year, 3 of them bunk models and our newest with our first slide out! I would have loved to have this model! But it's getting now that the kids are wanting to go with us less and less. Be careful, it's true what thay say that your kids grow up too fast! Good luck!

Yeah, the one in Denver is listed at $49K. At 30% it can get down to $34K. Got a call into the dealer to see what they can do for me. He said he will call back in 20 minutes. Bet it wont be near $35. Might go up on Monday and take a look though.

As far as them not wanting to go. DW says they have no choice.

Well, as I suspected, got the call back. I was told that High $30s or Low $40s would be there best, as his manager was busy. What ticked me off was that they are passing $1800 destination fee and $1100 prep fee onto there customers. OUCH! Every other one I have seen is around $1000 dest/$300 prep. I'm sure that if I went up and did some talking, I could get close to the $35K. Just not thinking I could get under like I need.

RVDirect was under $35K fully loaded though. Might give me some room to negotiate. Still looking for other models though.

Gotcha. I thought you were talking about a Jayco. I have seen that one. And might be going the RVWholesale route. I would rather go local, but all options are open.

Sorry, I took the price from RVW to my local dealer as a starting point. Like I said I did pay a little more but right in your price range.

We're pretty happy with our Jayco 325BHS, it's a discontinued floorplan now, but there are still a bunch of 2008's out there to be had. You can get one well under the price you quoted, the only thing not offered is the u-shaped dinette, however you can get Jayco's extendable dinette option if you want the extra space.
