My kids won't remember sitting around and watching TV, but they will remember all the RV trips.

because it's easier for us to take off in our rv, rather than ship all the neighbors (that we love so much, cough cough) off in rvs. Did I say that? I mean, to enjoy nature!
And, shouldn't the chicken be stapled to the rv, instead of the other way around?

Cuz after two or three "do overs" in life that we have been truly blessed with we finally can! And there ain't no looking back.

And only by the grace of a loving God.

Don't you find, Daverobin that frequently those "do overs" are blessings in disguise? And you are right - we are here in our RV by the grace of a loving God!

A good steak on the bbq, a cold beer and a good cigar after dinner by the fire and being able to relax knowing my 16 year old son still wants to come and is close by.

1. Look funny having a fire outside your hotel room in the hallway of the hotel.
2. Nothing to pack to go away.
3. Nothing to unpack to go home.
4. I do not have to take my shoes off and go through a screening process and then look for a place to put my shoes on becuase the airlines still cannot figure out to provide seating for that process.
5. Most trips are 10 to 12 hour drives. Why fly. For us 30 min. to the airport. Need to be one hour early or more. Thats already 1.5 hours waisted. Plane either leaves late or arrives to its destination for a combined loss of one hour or more...now we have 2.5 hours waisted. The what..oh need to get to the hote...wait for a shuttle or tax...after getting your luggage and get to the hotel...that can take another hour. Now we have 3.5 hours waisted and thats conservative. The flight...well lets see lets say only 2 hours. Now were up to 5.5 hours. Okay still saving half the travel if not more. But I may have to sit next to someone who has no common sense and yaps on his or her cell phone for 20 minutes during the trip just before we take off and just after we land...
6. You need not pay for extra luggage.
7. I get a non smoking room all the time.
8. My small fridge although self stocked and waiting for me does not cost me 5 dollars a bottle.
9. No elevators.
10. We see more for the dollar.
