Hey we are getting screwed by fuel prices whether we are at home or on the road as every thing that moves by truck has went up. Don`t get me wrong I am not knocking the truckers. 80,000 pounds eats a lot of diesel and some one has to pay it.

So if I can`t help what is going on why not go camping with nice people. As long as the money holds out. Power bills up,Food up,If I am home we will be in the car granted not as much as filling the TV up but when we go camping most of the time we stay there and ride bicycles for a week or more. Power and water in camp sight fee and not using them at home and you have to eat any way. Plus it is fun fun fun.

1. So my kids can earn and spend their own money!
2. Because I paid for it and I hate to see it sitting around!
3. Plan to make it my main residence soon.
(All my other reasons were already mentioned above.)

I will travel whether it is by RV... or car and hotel. But RVing I can bring my own bed and pillow with me where ever I go.

Of all the things in life that I have paid for or make payments on, enjoying my RV is the most satisfying of them all.

If home prices go any lower, and I am already upside down 6 figures on my home, and some catastrophic event happens and we lose our home, we always have the RV to live in.
