We have a 2007 Phaeton and have RV Sunshades by Solarista. We had the Solarista do our shades on our 1st Phaeton also. They come in various colors, are see-through from the inside and really make a difference in helping keep the coach cool. We love them! They came right to our site and custom made the sunshades out of a little trailer that they have. The fit is awesome. Easy to put on and easy to take off. We love them.
They are located in Las Vegas and Pahrump, NV areas, Tucson, Phoenix and Casa Grande.
Here is the web site: http://www.rvsunshades.com/homeb.htm

I like the idea of purchasing one for my coach but I would prefer one that mounts on the inside of the windshield, any suggestions?

Prompt Sunscreen here. Used this one on my previous Cross Country and it fits the current Sportscoach. Over 5 years old now and still very serviceable. Very easy to put on and remove without a ladder and no problems with wind and rain.

We got the tire covers when we got the windshield screen. Make sure you look to see that you'll have enough clearance room with the slides or that you have a work around. On ours, there isn't enough coach body at the back because of the side radiator - so instead of using a suction cup back there, we have a bunge on a grill fin. For the big slide, we have to make sure and remember to take the cover off before the slide comes in.
I don't know how many people will walk up and start asking questions as I'm out putting them on while Dave does something else. Once in a while I'll get a small step stool if the site has a significant slope, but otherwise, I just roll them onto the coach and we are sitting in the cool in less than 10 minutes - and no ladder!
