I have an 07 Fuzion 362 with about 650 miles on it.

I had a blow out the other night and am concerned about the tires and wanted some advice.

They are basically new and there shouldn't be tire failure. Maybe I picked up a nail, not sure.

The tires are "Mission" TC 108 Radial/T 225/75R mounted on 15 inch rims. They are "Made in China".

I drive under my GVWR by about 600 pounds so I am not overweight and always stay at 55mph.

Do I have anything to worry about with these tires?
Has anyone else had issues with these tires?
Should I swap them all out?
Or is this just one puncture and I should mellow out?

Also, when I go to get new tires for the RV do I go to Camping World, a truck tire store or somewhere else?

Matthew,

If you do a search under 'Mission Tires,' you'll find LOTS of negative comments and problems encountered by folks who have had them. Many folks have totally switched out wheels and tires and gone to 16" units with a load Range 'E' weight rating.

I have an '08 Raptor (same manufacturer as your Fusion), and I switched out my 15" load range 'D' Carlisle tires for 15" load Range 'E' Denmans. I only have about 2,000 miles on them, but they look great with no signs of abnormal wear.

I have an '08 Fuzion 362 with the same 15 inch Mission tires. To date I have about 3000 miles with no problems. I run up to 80 mph on the open road and have had it on some really rough roads also. I check the condition and pressure before each leg of a trip. I look for cuts and other signs of damage and deterioration. I run with 60 psi and check lug torque before hitting the road. With all the bad reports on the Mission tires, I guess I pay a more attention to them. The first sign of trouble, I'm switching brands.

I think the Chinese excuse is hot air.

I use Maxxis tires on my atv's and they are considered the best their is. Their parent company is Cheng Shin.

I want to avoid dropping huge dollars on 6 new tires on everyone ranting over Chinese tires.

Let's not forget Firestone's issues with Ford a few years back.

I need solid advice because it will cost me a lot of money to replace all 6 at once.

I would check with Keystone to see if they have an upgrade path to 16" wheels

I am heading to the tire store tomorrow and see what they say also.

sasha_i, that is good advice.

I will call Keystone tomorrow and try and see what the rational is in upgrading and if there is a way for me to get there. Not going to hold my breath though.
