Lets face it, he does not know how to back-up a TT either.

Why not leave religion out of it as it has absolutely no connection with RVing whatsoever.

I didn't read through entire thread so not sure if what I say will be a repeat of previous posting.

First (and I know this is a repeat), you did the right thing. I don't believe she was trying to take advantage of you.

That said, I've gone to CGs on my own with Class A with hubby to meet up with me later and I have asked strangers to GUIDE and SPOT me as I back in.

I know there is a difference between backing up a trailer and a motorhome but perhaps this could be something you might suggest should a similar situation ever presents itself. Anyone taking any rig out on their own should have the basics down regarding backing it up -- or they have no business driving it solo.

At least, that's my opinion on the matter.

Asking for some guidance as one backs it in is a good precautionary thing. Having someone back it in for you, well, I'll just say she needs to get hubby to give her pointers in doing this if she plans on taking any future trips. Again, JMHO...

It was nice of your to help. It did not hurt you to help either. If more people were willing to lend a helping hand, or even ask foe help when they needed it, the world would sure be a nicer place.

She did not take advantage of you. She was probably thinking it would help the others coming in to not be worried with getting her backed in.

Why doesn't someone belong driving a trailer if they can't properly back it up? If they are okay taking the risk that they can find someone else to do it for them, why would you care? I understand that YOU wouldn't do it, but why can't someone else if they choose to?

I've never understood why so many people care how other people live...

We all make value judgments about other people on a daily basis whether we like admitting it or not.

Yes, but we don't proclaim that they shouldn't be allowed to do it, unless it affects us directly. At least that is the way I hope I am.

If she beat everyone else in her group, she must have been leading the pack. Another observation is a man will do some really silly things when a pretty woman is involved. Look at it another way, probably was not doing anything anyway, so why not help out. You got to pratice your backing skills.
