I just purchased a used 2005 Sunseeker. My question is does anyone know how much weight can go in the cabover bunk. I'm hoping it can hold two adults. I camp with my grown kids and grand kids. The table bed and the couch seem too small for 2 adults. This is my first post so I hope it goes to the right spot.

Our 2003 Fleetwood Jamboree holds two adults. My wife and I use when we have company. We let the guests use the queen bed in the bedroom. I would check your manual. Brands and models with weight limitations would state then in the manual, and sometimes in the flyers for the models.

Welcome to the boards; yes, you're in exactly the right place.

Most cabover beds are designed to sleep two adults, so unless your manual says otherwise, it should be OK. However, the RV industry standard weight for an adult is 150 pounds, which many of us can only dream about.

Thanks for answering so quickly. This is nice, I didn't get a manual but one is on the way from forest river and it is only a dream (150 lbs.)with my grown kids. Is this the proper place to say thanks?

Cab over is more comfortable than the queen in the back to be honest. Only issue is it can get hot up there. You should be fine.

I have one more question. I'm going to purchase a ladder any advice on either the 60 in or the 66 in?

We purchased the 66 first and then exchanged it for the 60. 66 stuck up too high on ours, the 60 fits perfect.
