Oh, Dear Lord I feel his pain. He'll probably sue the county because there wasn't a picture of a 5th Wheel on the warning signs!

Looks like he almost made it all the way through!
States I have spent the night in my current rig, bought three years ago.
Have RV'ed through 49 states and been in all 50, just short of my half-century.

They must've had an old moment! My Dad took our an AC in Bathurst, NB. once. I've come across low bridge situations a few times, signage gave me ample warning, made the detours safely!

did that to an Army 5 ton one time it is quite a suprise to say the least.

Probably the 1st trip out and never pulled a RV before. He had to be moving pretty fast to not be able to stop sooner. The damage would have still been a total loss though.
Reminds me of when I fished a lot. People would go to the dealer and buy the biggest, fastest boat they could afford and drive it like they stole it.
