Has anyone had any issues with the inside door material (wood) detaching itself from the metal frame? This is happening on my T23AK and the siding is bowing out and now unattached at the top of the ramp door. To repair this, is it as easy as taking the plywood off the frame and trying to nail or staple it back together and possibly reinforcing it?
thanks

On my attitude ramp door im have a problem with that cheap metal trim around the door, it started coming off the first couple of time I loaded my rhino. Im going to replace it with some angle iron.

I have the same problem with mine. If you spin the tires at all on that edge it bends.
I went to a metal supply co. I found a 3/4" x 2" aluminium about $25 per 8' stick. When I have enough bends in mine and an extra $100 I will fix mine.

Dont load the ramp with it off center, use blocks of wood to make it level before you aproach it to load.....

Well, I tore into the ramp this weekend and figured out how they build them. The OSB(plywood) is installed on the metal ramp frame and then the 2x2 interior wood frame is stapled to the OSB. Then the siding is attached to the 2x2's. Staples do not hold very well if not used with glue, which they didn't use. All I had to do was use 1 1/2" wood screws and screw through the OSB into the 2x2's and essentially suck it back together. I still have to caulk it though.
I always make sure the ramp is blocked and secure before loading. Other than that I still like the trailer very much.

I'm glad you found the problem and are able to repair it without major surgery
