Do Workhorse chassis use Allison transmissions in some or all applications?

The Winnebago, Newmar, and Damon, with which I'm familiar, use Allison.

Workhorse chassis models W20 and higher are equipped with Allison trans. You can check it out for yourself at

The newer W20 and above models do..... I believe if you are looking used, the some of the older models did not. We were very happy with our Allison transmission in out W22. The W chassis itself however had lots of bugs.
