Am I correct that within the Four Winds brand, their different models would be 'ranked'
#1 Chateau
#2 Dutchman
#3 Four Winds
in terms of trim / fit / finish / quality of materials / price?
Thanks

Actually, I think #3 should be in four components - Kodiak, Siesta, Four Winds 5000, and then just Four Winds. I saw a Siesta at our dealer's last month - it was a more dressed-up unit, with full body paint, etc.
To further complicate things, there are models within both the Chateau and Dutchman lines.
Their new Sprinter model seems to be in a classification of its own.
So I'm not sure how they should be ranked at this point. Or if they can be.

I've always understood that Chateau, Dutchmen and Four Winds were all exactly the same except for colors. A step down from those in terms of levels of equipment and price would be the Chateau Sport, Dutchmen Express and Four Winds 5000.

Only differences between the three linups are the interior fabrics and exterior graphics or paint packages...all have the same floorplans and the same options available...also made the same way, with the same materials, on the same line

Our current 27' Four Winds is out 4th RV and our last, due to age and health, but has been the most enjoyable. It seams to be built well, and drives and handles vary well.
Strong box on the back, and what do you need to say about a Ford E-450 SD under it. You could spend more and get something fancier, or you could do a lot worst.
