I drive a "green" vehicle. It's an '07 Impala that runs on E85. Please don't wish "revenge" on me. It's not my fault as it's a company issued freebie.

Well Skid Row Joe, the driver didn't need help - they were on their cell phone as we drove past.

And Galvorien52, I just get tired of all this "go green" stuff and how the environment this and global warming that. Now I will have to admit that I am considering something more wallet-friendly than my diesel truck for the daily commute, but it's more economic than environmental for me.
Not that I am against the environment or protecting our natural resources...I am one of the most "leave-it-better-than-you-found-it" people there is, but I just get tired of having it drummed into my head at every turn. And a lot of the people doing the drumming are the ones who should be examining their own actions more closely.

As for this Prius driver, well he may well be a good guy and all that, but it's nice to see the venerable Prius has an Achilles heel once in awhile. After all the hype and hoopla, it too can fail.

Even if the only green you concern yourself with is in your billfold, that will work too.

Gotta love the guilt some people feel for driving a gas guzzler because it suits their needs. (See sig-I drive an exceedingly fuel effecient Tahoe!) I'm with the "he pulled over to safely make a phone call" crowd. May have been lost or telling someone he was going to be late so they wouldn't worry. I, too, get tired of the "green" crowd but to wish harm on them is just unacceptable. Ever think he might have seen you go by and thought "hope he hits a tree to get that truck off the road!"?

I'm just preparing for the future.....

I'm expecting to see a guy at the intersection with his sign.

Okay, AK! I see now. Do agree with you about them pushing that down our throats when they would do so much better to remember that most of us are fairly intelligent and can connect the dots without being hammered constantly. Wish my truck ran on E85! Have you noticed how much cheaper it is than regular and diesel? I do try to conserve the environment - I love getting away into the semi-wild but I also do it because I want our children's children to have it to escape to as well. Have a feeling, since everything gets more complex not less as time goes by, that they'll be in dire need of a clean green world in which to flee. Of course, the world will survive our sojourn upon it and adapt to whatever stupidity we foist on it...don't know if humanity will survive what we're doing, though.

My thoughts exactly! Some of you need to take naps.

May we all have safe travels.
