Gen-Turi works great and would not be without it...takes less than 5 minutes to install...as a sidenote I purchased 2 rather large suction cups and use thse to hold the GenTuri in place...they provide 2 hooks with permanent adhesive on one side or 2 rivets with hooks attached (didn't want to do either to a new fiver so I opted for the suction cups...about 3" in diameter)

I don't want to be poking holes in my MH either. Where are the hooks placed? Where did you get the suction cups?

sreeder - you had better check you periodoc weight tables, I beleave you will find that Exhust gas as just a we bit heavier then air you breath.
I leave a 3 to four inch air gap bettween the elbow and the up pipe, and have found that there is plenty of up draft. So much so that after four hours of operation, the raiser pipe was only warm to the touch at the inlet, bottom end. Good Luck and happy venting.
Sreeder - just another note, some places like the meadow lands now require such epuipment if you wish to run you generators. To many people were tryin to kill each other at the tail gate parties. They have have also found that the air stays much cleaner when there used.

I've asked this previously and never got an answer - those of you who have and use a Genturi, does/did your genny exhaust pipe have a spark arrestor in it? Mine does and the screw that holds it in place prevents me from sliding the flange(s) on to the pipe by the specified 2". Just how critical is it that the 2" specification be followed?
Any help would be appreciated!

Got the suctio0n cups from Walmart in the Hardware/Paint section...3" in diameter and the hook part snaps down to make sure you have a good seal to the side of the RV

Sreeder, I think the Genturi idea is to draw outside air into the exhaust stream at the bottom of the 'chimney' to mix with the exhaust, and thus dilute the CO. Plus roofs tend to be well-sealed; undersides don't.
