O.k. Guys, I need your advise here to my personal dilemma.
I need a SUV or Truck which does it all. What SUV or Truck would you guys recommend for FLAT TOW behind my class A without to many "surgeries" needed.
Yes, I am aware of Remcos web page, but they do not give any advise or help to choose the right vehicle. I hope you guys can help me out here.
Here are my criteria's for my new Vehicle:

1. Needs to able to be flat towed behind my Class A MH
2. Needs to be able seat at least 4 people
3. Needs o be able to tow at least 7500 lbs
4. Should be in a fuel consumption level of at least 14/19
5. Preferable Automatic Transmission
6. Preferable 4x4, but I could compromise for 2WD
7. Preferable below $ 10,000 brand new.... just kidding.

Last but not least: I got tired of my very, very unreliable "Brake Buddy" System which seems to have a compressor issue every other month (can not believe how they can stay in business), what is your experience with the hydraulic brake system ? How much does it cost ? Brands ? Who installs ? Where can I order it ?

Thank you guys in advance and look forward for your inputs.

Sorry can't comment on the towed part of your question but I have had great success with the brake buddy. It did have some problems when I had an earlier version but they were quite happy to replace it. I can honestly say their service is second to none. If you're having problems with it perhaps give them a call, they are easy to deal with and very helpful.

thank you for the advice.

They fixed the Brake Buddy once, now it happened again, I left two messages 3 weeks ago, no response still waiting.......
But you are right, I will give them an other call / chance tomorrow and keep you posted on the result and what Brake Buddy recommends.

Suzuki Grand Vitara for an SUV. No modifications.
SMI braking system. Several different models for your preference. Stays in rig for most models. Just turn it on and you are off. Dealer direct very easy to install.

Our toad fits your bill and is a very comfortable highway vehicle. Sorry to hear of your problems with the brake Buddy, as we have had ours for 10 years now and the 2 problems we've had were quickly addressed by the company.

SMIbraking.com has product information. Unit mounts permanently in a convenient location under hood or hood.

I tow an '07 Chevy Avalanche 4x4. It can be towed in neutral without the key in the ignition (no steering wheel lock). Not sure what the tow rating is though, probably not 7500# but close.
