Yep, dead on! I take it you've been there before.
Hahaha, yep we sure do. Myself and 4 other families usually do about 6-8 weekends a year there. We do 3 week ends in April/May and usually another 3 weekends in Sept/Oct for the Halloween activities. Sometimes another 2 weekends in the mid summer depending upon other planned trips. I like the fact that I can leave my camper right on site if I am coming back the next weekend plus it is only 35 minutes away from home. We always try to get the 4 or 5 sites right in front of the Bath house on the Rally Field.
We have already booked for Fall 08, Spring 09 & Fall 09.

Our daughter is autistic. She is 12, and we have found that for her, to be non-scheduled is her "schedule". If you can let him spend some time in the trailer regularly, maybe even for naps, it will help. Our daughter likes her portable DVD player. Any place feels like home with it.
That is wonderful. Isn't God good? Here's hoping this is just the beginning of wonderful family camping experiences for you, your DW, and especially your precious son. Update this thread after you go camping again and let us know how things go!
