Is there anyway to know by just model number which fifth wheels have enclosed holding tanks? In know that you can look when you are at the rig but with diesel at $5 I don't have the time or money to drive all over the place.

My 07 Challenger stated in the specs that it had the Northwest Package, which after further review was wrapped under belly.

The rig I am looking at is a 1996 Challenger 27RK. It has a "covered under side with a lightly insulated underside for the holding tanks, (plastic) The water pump and lines sit in the pass through storage underneath the main bed but I don't find any heater vents. The water lines all run through the floor joists, which have insulation underneath. It doesn't really look like a full arctic package. How do I find out what it would go down to as far as cold. I do have the VIN.
