I just got a recall notice from Keystone on my Passport 290bh. It states for 2008 to 2009 Passport tt fails to comform to the requirement of part 567 "certification" . Then it goes on to say:
"the federal identification label does not contain the correct gross axle weight rating (gawr) the label indicates a capacity of 4400lbs but instead should should read 3500lbs"
All they want me to do is change the lable. All the other info on the lable is the same:
gvwr 7575 lbs
tire 50psi
cargo 2111 lbs
uvw 5175
Does anyone have a 2007 Passport and can tell me the GAWR? Should this change the cargo capacity?
I almost one of them. If the salesman wouldn't have been such a jerk I would have. But I would think it would change alot. Unless all the info is right and it was a misprint, and not mis calculated.
