Our new motorhome came with an in motion satellite and receivers already set up for Direct TV. We were told that if we have Dish at home (we do) that we could bring a receiver from home with us and not have to pay an additional monthly fee. Will this work if the coach is wired for Direct TV?

The in motion antenna will work for either system.

There is a setting in the satellite dish unit that has to be changed. Check with the manufacturer of your dish. My Kingdome instruction manual says that it comes from the factory set for DirecTV.

Thanks. Ours is Winegard, I will dig around and see if the previous owner left the manual. It would be very nice to use what we already have and not have to pay additional monthly fees.
