I have to make one other comment about this. We all are quick to make jokes about this - how this unit is suffering from neglect. But here is the ugly, that unit goes to a dealer, they hit with the pressure washer and the next buyer has no idea it has been sitting for two years without being driven. Everything will "look" good and clean. This is very typical for old RVs being sold.

The Rambler From The Black Lagoon. This reminds me of a class A Motorhome I once looked at with 17000 miles on an Izuzu diesel. Was perfect inside and out but when I crawled underneath it was completely rusted.I actually reached up and broke off a small piece of the frame and handed it to the dealer.I suggested that if he was selling it for a customer as he told me,he should really consider his liability in the matter.
