Liz and I recently picked up our repaired 2004 Weekend Warrior FS2300 from the Perris CA WW facility. We wanted to commend the employees and management of Weekend Warrior for the exceptional customer service that we received. It seems like people are always more likely to post a complaint then a compliment. We want people to know that not everybody is angry and unsatisfied. Weekend Warrior trailers are some of the best out there and hopefully our experience will shows prospective owners why.
We keep a log of our weekend outings and we have now logged over 61 wonderful weekends. Yes SIXTY ONE TRIPS! The problems we have experienced over the last few years have been few and far between. We have taken our toy hauler into some rough and beautiful country and have a lot of wonderful memories.

A few trips ago we noticed that the panel on the side of our refrigerator was bulging out and the RH wheel well was starting to pull away from the wall. Under closer examination we noticed that the floor was starting to bulge up in that area too. As the problems seemed to us to be structural I contacted Weekend Warrior and spoke with Rafael. After sending them photos of my problems he secured management approval for repairs to be done at the Perris, CA facility. I had about three items that I wanted them to repair for me.
We towed the trailer to them from Las Vegas and dropped it off for the scheduled appointment. About two weeks later the repairs were completed but we needed to pick it up on Saturday. Rafael in the Customer Service department came down to the yard on his day off to help us get it out and we really appreciated it.
The following is what they did for us on our five year old Weekend Warrior trailer and they didn't charge us ONE PENNY!. I sell new trucks and I only wish we could come close to providing customer service like this.
When we looked over the trailer we found that they went through the whole trailer and made the following repairs...
They updated the frame to the 2010 model design with bracing between the wheels
Added metal rear mud flaps
Painted the frame and tongue
Replaced all four leaf springs
Repaired cracks in the frame and added reinforcing steel plates
Replaced the interior panel on the side of the refrigerator
Replaced broken trim strips near the floor and wheel well
Re-caulked areas of the interior along floor
Repainted the floor complete throughout the cargo area (gray)
Repainted the ramp door (Inside gray)
Replaced broken part on kitchen blinds
Re-caulked both plastic fenders
Re-caulked generator compartment
Caulked upper half of all of the windows
Removed and bolted through front skin and replaced and re-sealed the forward edge moldings top to bottom
Washed the trailer (It seems somewhat whiter than it was before)
Made note of a small crack in our shower (No repairs were made)
I know that some people will say that they are making up for past sins but I doubt it. They went out of their way to make us happy and asked nothing in return. Regardless, we really appreciate everything they did for us. All of the people we spoke with at Weekend Warrior were personable and friendly, professional and hard working. They seemed busy but were more than willing to help when we wanted to order replacement parts too. Our trailer has served us well and we often compare WW to others at RV shows and always seem to favor their products. When it comes time to replace our trailer we are quite sure it will be with another Weekend Warrior.

Never a complaint here! What a great RV this has been! Would recommend to any and all. Thanks to Mark Warmoth for the insight to develop the Toy Hauler concept. We couldn't be happier with the quality or customer service!

That camping spot looks sweet!! By the way how hard is it to bring that full size picnic table with you?! I would love to bring a table like that with me to the desert.

Sure I tell you where I leave my picnic table and the next time I go there to use it someone else is using it. Seriously, its a riding area near the Valley of Fire in Nevada. There are only a few camp sites with tables. The tough part is getting there. The road is steep, tight and rough. PM me and I'll give you some directions if you are still interested.

cummingspower, I have a full size table like these that fold up for storage that we take everywhere in the 5'ver. For transport I just fold it up lay flat on the ground and drive the rail over the top.

Nice to hear about the good service. I reported in another thread awhile back abnout my experience also. I took my trailer in for some minor repairs before the 2 year warranty ended. I dropped it off and they went above and beyond what I asked. They fixed everything I asked and checked a bunch of other things. They even fixed and upgraded things I didn't know needed it. The service I recieved was great, made me feel good about my purchase.
