I'm glad you got awesome service from them...Id' still be touting their praise, but when I called to try to get help on our structural issues, I was told verbatim that they weren't taking new appointments, and it didn't matter anyway because it was out of warranty.

I have a 2007 FSW2800 Tiki. Love it! I had a small problem with a water leak and dealer fixed it. Was wondering if the frame problems ever show up on this model?

no complaints here w/ my WW. brought it in twice (GiantRv Santa Ana and WW Perris) for items i missed during my pdi. no complaints w/ either service facility. will buy another WW but considering a DP.
