Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor has free wifi, and offers 2 desktop computers for the customers. Turn right out of Topsail on 30A, and Miss Lucille's is exactly three miles on the left (30.347227,-86.230405).
Another place that we use alot is Panera Bread in Destin. They offer free wifi, and they have pretty good coffee to boot. Turn left out of Topsail on 30A, then turn left on 98. Panera bread will be ~ 9 miles on the right (30.391753,-86.425471). It will be in the same shopping center as Bass Pro Shops.

They just built a new Panera Bread at Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Also all of Destin Commons is set up for free WIFI. That is where Bass Pro is. We went there a couple of times and used it. Also Starbucks has Wifi. There is a telephone jack on the back of the of the meeting bldg at topsail if U have a 1-800 # to call and connect too. Good luck and have fun.
