May I continue my recent lack of experience with trouble calls to Coach-net. I use them to locate service when roaming far from home and they have always gotten me into places that can take care of my needs.

I used them for two tows on my previous coach (they were the warranty service provide to WorkHorse) and they got me where I needed to be and I was not asked for any money in the process.

I have had both and GS handled my problems with professionalism but the junk mail from them was so bad I switched to Coach Net.

Coach Nets problem is that they make it difficult to buy from them if you're not a member of one of those darn clubs...not impossible, but difficult. Then when I parked it for several months, called and asked for a refund of the unused portion of the policy, the amount quoted as the refund was mysteriously reduced before it reached my account.

But with all that, I'll use them again. They seem to be a good company with some minor 'customer service' issues.

JMHO!

I really do not understand this statement, as all you have to do is dial their toll free number and purchase 1 to 3 years of service. What is so difficult about dialing a 10 digit number on a phone?

I have had Coach Net for several years and have used them four times. They are great for road service. But I am confused on the posts that say you have to join some club? What clubs are they talking about. When I purchased both of my motorhomes they asked me if I wanted roadside service, and that was all there was to it.
I would never be without them.

Have never(4 or 5 times) been able to get enough info from them to solve my problem. We end up calling the manufacturer of the failed item, who has the technical info and lists(when necessary) of authorized dealers for their specific product.

I have had coach net for five motorhomes and used them about 10 times and have had nothing but success. Did not belong to any of those clubs when i joined and renew yearly. They have assisted me on service issues and locations.

I have had Coach-Net ever since we bought our new motorhome in 2003. In the 5 years I have never had to call them for service or assistance (knock on wood) and hope to not have to either, however I will continue to carry them.

I figured I wanted to get something for my yearly dues, so I ordered the free trip planner on the website for our upcoming Great Lakes tour this summer. I was extremely impressed at what they sent me. It was a great personalized planner with more detail then I ever thought I would get (fuel stops, tours, etc). I know it is not a big deal as it is the service we really carry these things for...but it did impress me.

Hi Waldrep: I had GS ERS for several years and once had to be towed. I called and explained to the young lady that I had a 40 foot diesel MH and needed to be towed to the nearest repair shop. She said she'd take care of it. About an hour later a wrecker arrived that MIGHT could have towed my Saturn car. He left and said they'd be back, they got back almost an hour later and this time they had a big wrecker. About two weeks later I got a bill from GS for the 1st wrecker. I called and they said since I had refused the service I had to pay for it. It took me about a month or so to get them to pay for it and leave me alone.
In 2005 I had to be towed and when I called Coach-Net they said they would send the correct size wrecker. The service tech said he'd make some calls and find a place that could effect the repairs. This was on a SAT afternoon and I told him there was an RV park just off the Interstate, he said they would tow me there and then come back MON and tow me to San Angelo TX about 160 miles away. They paid for BOTH tow calls with no problem. I would recommend Coach-Net hands down. When you call them you talk to a service tech not some young girl that has no clue what a 40 foor MH looks like.
