I have a Holiday Rambler '03 rear radiator and the temp never goes over 180. I have a slobber tube on and clean the radiator every few months. I would clean the radiator good and see what you temp runs then.

I kept checking mine on my recent trip to Texas and back ( It was 95 degrees in Tx...) and mine ran a needle width above the 180 mark..??

Our "B" engine runs at 200 degrees, has since new.. I'd clean the radiator even if it looks clean..Won't hurt then you know it's clean and you a time line to go by.. As someone else said call tech line..
Also I'd do something with the slobber tube, if nothing been done, to keep oil residue out of the radiator.. I lowered ours, and there are other methods to remedy this..Do a search..

Some good posts here.

1. Has the engine always run at that temp AS INDICATED ON THE GAUGE or is this INDICATED operating temp new and higher than previous? As suggested, analog dash gauges are not particularly known for their accuracy. BUT if other gauges are reading the same and this is a new occurance, followup is suggested.

2. Thermostats are inexpensive and easy to replace. Do not fret too much before spending the $10 or so and 30 minutes and replacing it.

3. When you said the radiator (and hopefully after-cooler) are clean, did you check from the rear of the coach or from the front WHERE THE DIRT is deposited. You have to do in from the bedroom and with a strong flashlight look through the fan shroud/between blades. Look at the PARAMETER, not the center. The fan blades "sling" dirt to the outside.

My 2001 Knight ISB 300 runs around 175 almost always. However, when I first purchased the unit (used) it did run around 210 most of the time. I didn't know any better until the overtemp alarm started going off every time I went up a long grade and I got on here and asked.

Clean the radiator and you will see the temp go way down. Extend the slobber tube and you can extend the time between radiator cleanings.
