Do you have any trouble driving it now?
Just kidding. No you won't. We stayed in Grant Tetons in our 35' 5er with no problem. We drove around in our F-550 that is 21 feet long.

I don't think they make an RV that couldn't be driven in Grand Teton. The main road can handle anything out there. You will have no issues with your rig.

The area of the park where the roads are is fairly flat. Lots of wide open spaces. There shouldn't be a problem.

The only problem might be finding a parking space, if you have that in mind, or going into areas where the road gets steep or narrow. Just going through the park is a non-issue.

Part of the Moose-Wilson road which runs between (wait for it) Moose and Wilson, is closed to RVs at all times because it is very narrow and rocky. There are warning signs.
Retired - Will golf at a moment's notice

Shame about Wilson Rd. We drove it in our 18' Chinook in the early 80s. No problem. But it was quite dry (if wet, there could be some muddy/deep spots) and perhaps the road was in better shape then.

Absolutely not. The Tetons are wide open, even the scenic loop near Jenny Lake will accommodate your vehicle. You may be able to fit in the parking lot pullout for the lake too. Someone here may be able to tell you that, I just can't remember since we always drive through with only our TV. Signal Mountain scenic loop may be too tight though. Check with the rangers when you check in through the gate.

I think Signal Mt scenic overlook would be marginally ok for a Chinook. Steep climb to the top, and the road up is very narrow, so be cautious!! Signal Mt Lodge, though, not a problem - nice place to stop for lunch (you can eat outside with view of the Tetons across Jackson Lake) and a good-sized parking lot.
